Good to know

Our prices are per person and day or week with half-board (breakfast buffet and 5-course menu of choice in the evening) and all Ortler inclusive services.

Children

For children in the room or suite with their parents we have the following discounts:

Low Season

• 0 to 3 years: free of charge
• 3 to 6 years: 22.00 Euro per day including half board
• 6 to 12 years: 47.00 Euro per day including half board
• 12 to 16 years: 57.00 Euro per day including half board

From the age of 16 there is a 10% discount for the third person in the room.

Local tax

In addition to the room price, a local tax of 3.60 Euro per person and night will be charged. It can only be paid on site. Children under 14 years are exempt from the local tax.

Single room supplement

For a single occupancy of a double room we charge a surcharge of 20 % to 100 % per night, depending on the season. We will be happy to inform you of the exact amount on request.

Bed and breakfast

For an overnight stay with breakfast, the listed half-board price is reduced by 12.00 Euro per person. If you book on site, our 5-course choice menu costs 25.00 Euro per person.

Reservations

With the written booking confirmation your reservation is binding. Please note that there may be some slight deviations in the floor plans of the room maps.

Arrival and departure

Your room is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy a coffee on our sun terrace in the meantime. On the day of departure, you can stay in your room until 10.30 a.m.

Payment

You can pay in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard).

Dogs

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. For dogs we charge 15.00 Euro per day (without food). Please bring the basket or blanket for your pet. Out of consideration for our other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms and wellness area.

Travel cancellation insurance and cancellation

Nobody likes to cancel their booked holiday, but unfortunately something unforeseen can always happen. Play it safe and take out the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”. In this way the insurance covers the cancellation fees incurred in the event of non-arrival or early departure.

We ask for your understanding that without travel cancellation insurance we charge as follows:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 29-15 days before arrival: 30 % of the booked price
• 14-7 days before arrival: 50% of the booked price
• 7-1 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked price
• In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked price.
